Southern Slams Baseball announces plans for 2021 season

– Press Release:

The Southern Slams Baseball staff will be returning for the 2021 season to bring you coverage of your favorite teams around the South.

While the primary focus was originally on teams in the SEC, ACC, Sun Belt and Big 12, Southern Slams Baseball will also have coverage from around the nation this year.

Each week you can expect a weekly composite rankings list to drop at 9:00 AM on Monday mornings. The poll will be based off an AP-style format, with the lists of over a dozen writers across the game.

In addition to a weekly Top 25 poll, Southern Slams Baseball will be announcing a podcast lineup and much more shortly. The podcast strengthens an already growing brand that is now available online and on all social media platforms.

On top of the poll and podcast, Southern Slams Baseball will continue to deliver game previews, recaps and standings updates on the newly designed website.

This season, the website includes a tab for live scores, current standings, rankings from around the country and a whole lot more.

Southern Slams Baseball is committed to being an in-depth analysis outlet for even the most knowledgeable of fans, while also helping many learn the game.

The staff has been working hard over the past few weeks to revamp all platforms, secure the talents of several dedicated writers and tie down plans for the 2021 season.

With COVID-19 limitations, it is still TBD how much in-person coverage Southern Slams Baseball will be able to bring this year. However, all staff writers will have access to multiple databases and sources of information to deliver.

As of right now, there are over a dozen team members lined up to deliver to the Southern Slams brand …
